1. Who you are contracting with

These terms govern your use of the Studio Jim Peer Shop and the tools and services it sells (the "Service"). The Service is operated by [Studio Jim Peer] (the "Seller"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

We sell subscription access to digital tools (Insight Compass, SkillSim, The Brief) and one-off services such as workshops, custom case design, audits and onboarding. Each subscription gives you access at the tier you purchased; services are scheduled and delivered as described on the relevant product page.

3. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Service. In particular you will not:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of any third party's rights
  • Engage in fraud, spam, abuse, or attempts to circumvent access controls
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or interfere with the Service or its security
  • Resell or redistribute the Service or its content without our written permission

4. Intellectual property

The Seller retains ownership of the Service, including all software, content, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of your subscription or the delivery of your service.

5. Service availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may schedule maintenance and update the Service from time to time.

6. Payment, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing frequency, taxes, currency conversion and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for the refund window.

7. Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the listed interval until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
