1. Who we are

Studio Jim Peer Shop ("we", "us") is operated by [Studio Jim Peer]. We are the data controller for personal data we collect about you when you use our shop and tools.

2. What we collect

Account data — name, email, organisation, hashed password (or Google sign-in identifier).
Order & subscription data — what you purchased, when, the associated entitlements and service fulfilments.
Usage & technical data — IP address, device, basic logs needed to run the service securely.
Support communications — anything you send us by email.

Payment data (card details, billing address, tax data) is collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record — we never see or store your card details.

3. Why we use it

To create and operate your account (contract performance)
To deliver the tools and services you purchased (contract performance)
To prevent fraud and keep the service secure (legitimate interests)
To improve the product and respond to support requests (legitimate interests)
To meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation)

4. Who we share it with

Paddle — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payments, billing, invoicing, refunds and tax compliance.
Lovable Cloud — our hosting and database provider, used to store account, order and entitlement data.
Service providers — email, analytics and support tooling, under confidentiality.
Authorities — where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep account, order and subscription data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes), then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, port or object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. EU/UK residents may complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights contact us at the email address shown on our shop.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers (including Paddle and Lovable Cloud) may process data outside the EU/UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies and local storage entries to keep you signed in and to remember items in your cart. We do not currently use marketing cookies.
