30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases from the Studio Jim Peer Shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order number from your receipt, or contact us and we will help you start the process.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for partial periods are handled per Paddle's refund policy.

Services

Workshops, audits, custom case design and other services are refundable in full if cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations within 14 days are reviewed case by case.
